Returns Policy

Cancelling an order
You may, if you wish, cancel an order on any all weather garden furniture, any time prior to delivery. If this is the case (even if you simply change your mind) we advise that you contact us first to check the status of your order. If your order has already left our warehouse, we reserve the right to charge any transportation fees which may have incurred at this stage, these would be deducted from any refund.

Returning an item once delivered
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your garden or indoor furniture or you simply do not want it you may return it to us ‘Within 14 days of delivery’ at your cost & by prior arrangement with us.

Any item returned to us must be in the condition it arrived & placed correctly in all its original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct our original transportation costs from any refunded amount.

Once we have received & checked the item we will ‘Fully Refund’ the cost of the item (less any transportation fees).

Damaged or faulty items
In the unlikely event of any item arriving ‘Damaged or Faulty’ we will of course replace or repair any faulty item Free of Charge & within a reasonable time.

If any item arrives Damaged or Faulty please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may require photographic evidence to assist with replacing parts etc…..

If we cannot replace or repair any item we will of course offer an alternative or refund.

NONE OF THE ABOVE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
